From the Hochalm, follow the forest/hiking trail to the "Schretterkurve" and turn right onto the singletrail Höhenweg. The single trail joins the "Ruanerwaldweg" and leads past the Thaneller reservoir. You can then ride past the Berwang tourist office to the valley station of the Sonnalmbahn cable car and take this back to the Hochalm or follow the cycle path to Bichlbach to the valley station of the Almkopfbahn cable car.
