Winter in Berwang-Bichlbach is all about winter and ski sport. Young slopesters from the age of three feel comfortable in the children’s ski schools. Accompanied by nationally certified ski and snowboard instructors, older kids conquer the slopes. Parents are also invited to enjoy the odd hour of ski lessons or off-piste adventures with a ski sports instructor here and there. There’s also a lot happening beyond the slopes in Berwang-Bichlbach for families with children. What excursion destinations for families are there in Berwang?
There are exciting sights around Berwang. A trip to the castles of the fairytale king Ludwig II will delight the whole family: Neuschwanstein, Linderhof and Hohenschwangau are only around 25 kilometres away. In Reutte, you can walk across the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the world: 400 metres long and 104 metres high. From the bridge you have a magnificent view of the mountains of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena.
