Voucher System Incert

a) the type and extent of data processing
On our website you can buy vouchers. If a user takes advantage of this possibility, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data is: Title/company, first name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, address, phone/fax, voucher value, wishes, payment data.

If you make a voucher value from our websites, this is done through the online ordering platform of INCERT eTourismus Gmbh & Co KG, Leonfeldner Straße 328, A-4040 Linz, Austria. All order data entered by you will be transmitted in encrypted form. INCERT is committed to handling your transmitted data in accordance with data protection regulations. INCERT takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data.

You will find the privacy policy of this service directly with the voucher order.

b) Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We collect and process this data exclusively for the purpose of executing the contract or fulfilling pre-contractual obligations. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO.

c) storage period
The data shall be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their processing. In addition, there may be legal storage obligations, for example commercial or tax law storage obligations. If such storage obligations exist, we block or delete your data at the end of these storage obligations.

d) Withdrawal/return
A cancellation of a voucher is possible if a written cancellation is sent to Berwang Ges.m.b.H. & Co. within 14 days of receipt. KG. is effected. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the period without giving reasons. However, the right of withdrawal does not exist if the performance of the service has already begun within the withdrawal period. After receipt of the revocation, the amount will be transferred to Berwang Ges.m.b.H. & Co. KG. (IBAN and BIC required). Only customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act can make use of the right of return.

e) Other provisions
The customer is obliged to provide the relevant data requested in the contract completely and correctly when concluding the contract. In the event of incorrect, incomplete and unclear information provided by the customer, the customer shall be liable for all claims of Berwang Berwang Ges.m.b.H. & Co. KG. any resulting costs and damages.

Social plug-ins

We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, and Twitter. By way of a button, personal details are transferred to the respective plug-in provider and stored there.

The respective plug-in provider stores the data gathered about you and uses this for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or for requirements-oriented design of its website. Any such evaluation is carried out (even for users that are not logged-in) to display requirements-oriented advertising and to provide other social network users with details about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of a user profile, and to enforce this you must contact the respective plug-in provider. We have embedded YouTube videos in our online offer which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and that are directly playable from our website.
