Around the Rotlech reservoir in Rinnen
The circular hike starts at the chapel at the beginning of the village of Rinnen. From there, a hiking trail leads downhill along the Seebach stream to the large bend. Keep right at the signpost to the reservoir and walk along the path to the reservoir. Continue over the dam wall and along the lakeshore to the Rauth-Rinnen signpost. From here, a well-maintained path leads back to Rinnen and on to Berwang. highlight of the hike: the idyllic, small Rotlech gorge at the mouth of the reservoir.
