Rinnen gorge hike
The hike begins in Rinnen via the road along the Seebach stream down the valley to the hamlet of Rauth. Cross the bridge in Rauth and continue for approx. 100 metres to the path on the right-hand side. Follow the path down the valley over several hairpin bends for approx. 30 minutes until you reach the Rotlechschlucht gorge. You can admire the small waterfall of the Rinnenbach stream from the first bridge you cross. After crossing the Kommerzialrat Werner Hosp bridge, you hike up the path, which is steep in places. After walking through the forest and over several hairpin bends, you will reach the road again after approx. 30 minutes. On the right-hand side there is a viewing platform for the Rotlech waterfall itself. The ascent is rewarded with a magnificent view of the entire gorge with the two waterfalls.ATTENTION: Please do not cross the barriers under any circumstances - danger of falling!
